Multi-Use Pro Series is a versatile, high-performance poured underlayment. Durock™ Brand Multi-Use Self-Leveling Underlayment. It's high quality, Un-sanded cementitious underlayment formulation for use in multiple interior applications. Same performance as the Pre-Sanded Multi-Use however this product is sold in 2500 pound bags of concentrate material so you can add your own approved mason sand. This provides a greater cost effectiveness since your not paying to ship sand across country which can in most cases be locally sourced.
Ideal for wood frame, renovation and light commercial construction, Durock™ Brand Multi-Use Self-Leveling Underlayment provides high compressive strengths at minimal thicknesses. This versatile poured underlayment:
- Requires no shot blasting
- Yield: 656 sf at 1" when mixed with 3,125 pounds of sand, compared to 6 sf of a typical 50 pound bag of pre-sanded self leveling.
- Is fast applying and fast-setting; allows for return of light traffic within hours
