Durock™ Brand UltraCap® Self-Leveling Underlayment is an economical, fast-applying Portland cement-based floor underlayment for interior use over concrete and wood subfloors. With an approximate compressive strength of 5000 psi (after 28 days), Durock™ Brand UltraCap® Self-Leveling Underlayment:
- Yield: 21 sf at 1" when mixed 80 Pound Multi-Use with 100 pounds of sand, compared to 6 sf of a typical 50 pound bag of pre-sanded self leveling.
- Is fast-applying and fast-setting – allows for return of light trade traffic within 24 hours
- Provides strong self-leveling properties
- Meets requirements of ASTM F-710 “Standard Practice for Preparing Concrete Floors to Receive Resilient Flooring”
- Offers a smooth, crack-resistant surface
